Swann H.264 DVR does not record

Hi,

 

I have had this 4 channel unit for some time with no problems. The other morning I found that it had not recorded any of the scheduled recordings, also when I tried to do a manual record I got the error message 'manual record failed'. When I tried to do a drive format, after the format it told me that the drive had 0Gb.

 

Any ideas?
