Hikvision dome not responding after firmware update

I tried to update my hikvision speedome camera firmware and now the camera status is showing 'offline'

 

my camera is connected via a NVR, I can of course ping my NVR but cant telnet to the camera.

 

I would appreciate any advice to help resolve this issue.
