Delay on CCTV feed from IP PTZ

Hi

Was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to delay a video feed from a IP PTZ, I need to install on a building and delay the feed to a monitor for around 20 minutes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I know the dahua and avermedia nvrs give 15 to 30 min delay
