Is it possiable to Manipulate / Freezing camera frame

Hi everyone,

Got a situation where vehicles are being damaged on my drive but CCTV are not showing me anyone carrying out the damaged, there are no brakes in the recording and have ups back up, so power supply is not interrupted.

 

any advise would be appreciated.
