Recorded video 2x faster

Hello guys, I have question about recorded videos.

I have geovision cameras and there software, and when I go to archives in the software so i need to see something happened like 3 days ago, all is good. But when i want to see the recorded video fragment saved in my pc it's going 2x faster. How can I solve this problem?

there should be an up arrow and a down arrow in the software, where you can speed up or slow down playback.

I have D disk then there is map "Record" where recorded videos are stored and those video fragmens are showing 2x faster but in software everthing is okay.

maybe the software that you use to play the videos needs a settings change to play at 1x speed.
