Colsie49 0 Posted May 14, 2017 Hi Would appreciate any help you can give as I'm going to jump up and down on this DVR if I can't get it going again. Problem is a few weeks ago I stopped being able to connect to the DVR via eagleeyes. Been busy so I left it for a while. Now for the past few days I've tried everything I know (which is not much) but no change. Then I noticed that the firmware had changed, as far as I can remember it was 1001 or something like it repeated for times. It is now showing as S838. four times. I don't know how this happened, I definitely didn't update it. Have tried looking at the firmware numbers on Avtech and can't see anything like this. I can't get the network settings to work and wonder if this firmware is causing the problem. Pleeease help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
