ingeborgdot 0 Posted May 16, 2017 I just installed my new camera and got it set up in the Hikvision site. It works great. I then went to my Synology Surveillance Station and got my NAS to recognize the camera but when I go to view live it wants me to install a plugin which won't install on my Windows 10 computer. What am I doing wrong? I really want to use the cameras and to be able to record and such on my NAS. Has anyone else had this problem? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
