Heater on Dynacolor NH820-20

Hello, I'm new on this board and in the camera world in general.

 

I have a question regarding the Heater in the NH820-20 PTZ Dynacolour camera. During winter the lens was foggy, so we've activated the heater in the camera.

 

I want to know if it's possible to have the heater operating on a schedule ? Because if I have to manually toggle the heater on and off, my client will probably want change the cameras entirely.
