sega 0 Posted May 19, 2017 Hello all, We are an installer of CCTV here in Lagos Nigeria. We purchased the above model Hikvision DVR from one of your dealers here in the city. After installing the DVR, we discovered it does not stop recording, and it keeps over writing recorded videos after disc is full. We have checked the overwrite setting, and it’s not on overwrite. But it keeps overwriting. We will need your urgent technical assistance for this issue. Securame 0 Posted May 19, 2017 That's how it is supposed to be by default. If you do not want it to overwrite, just disable the option, so once the HD is full it will stop recording. On the web interface, it shoild be something like: Configuration -> Remote configuration -> Device parameters -> Advanced -> Enable overwriting Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
