everview nr30p8-8 not working

Morning everyone, I have a everview NR30p8-8 with 6 camera's on it. lately I have been having issues with it not recording all the time and then recently I am unable to even access the unit. Before I would put in 192.168.1.18 and it would bring me to a login and password page then my cameras would show up. Now I get nothing. not sure what has changed.

 

Also when it was working I could remote view when I was on my home wifi but would not work anywhere else on wifi or on my cell phone network..

 

any and all help is appreciated.

 

I have contacted the people I got it from a legit company and they dont support this product anymore. its a little over a year old. Lovely eh!
