IPCCTV 0 Posted July 5, 2006 You can get a very nice B&W high res. (570TVL) low light camera (<.20 lux) with a heater and blower for under $350. Make sure whatever you buy is rated IP66 for true weatherproof protection... otherwise you will be searching for a replacement in less than 2 years..
