DVR Buzzing After HTTP Port Changed

I have a DVR, I don't know the brand but here is the data:

Hardware Version: 302.6.2.Q13-1.3

MCU Version: 10.04.23

Kernel Version: 1106161434-1003311806-

Firmware: 3.1.81.P-1.0.4.2-06

Lauch Date: 2011-05-21

 

The default HTTP Port is 8000 and I changed it to 5454 because my ISP blocked that port.

But it starts buzzing and won't boot up.

 

Please help me solve this problem.

Hi. What happends if you remove data cable from dvr and then try to start ?

 

You might just have a conflict .... Change you port number
