i have a dvr kmoon and I FORGET THE PASSWORL ,PLEASE I NEED A SOLUTION

Reboot it using the power switch at the back and try again when the unit comes back online. The default account is username admin and password blank.
If the password still doesn’t work, open up the DVR’s cover, you’ll see there the motherboard and the hard drive, locate the reset button which is a small round push-down button, usually placed on the left side of the board. While the unit is powered on, press the reset button and hold it for 20 seconds, then release it. If the reset was done, you’ll hear a beep and the recorder will automatically reboot.
