Hi,

Could someone please help me when you get chance ? My local support here in Australia cannot help me.

 

Please help me in resetting the password to default on my Storage-server (PC Windows 7 Pro) , I CAN NOT add/access my STORAGE-SERVER anymore after replacing the hard drive of my STORAGE-SERVER ( PC ) . I have tried updating the IVMS4200 and SADP tool to latest versions and still could not access/add because the password is no longer correct I guess. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the IVMS4200 to no avail still.

It shows on the list of devices but if I add it, is not ON-LINE status therefore Remote configuration cannot be accessed.

 

I am an end user only. I have purchased my cameras overseas, and using a PC as my system and storage server.
