specs for home cctv

  Budget = £100 (to include 32GB SD card)
  Indoors location of single camera (strategically located in central hallway - 240v device as may not be able to visit site often to change/charge batteries - ie 3 month absence likely)
  Purpose = to monitor vacant property remotely whilst not there
  Night vision - not essential
  Low resolution cam would be fine
  the 32GB SD card should be fine to wrap around old images at lo res - and non-continuous image capture - every 5 seconds or settable as required - should be workable for required project
  Connectivity = wireless through local nearby hub
  Configuration & Operation = Set-up via W7 laptop - then remote view via android smartphone
  

 

Just after suggestions here - thought this forum would be a good place to start.

For this project, any brand would do.

Tell the guys at Radio shack (or your local similar shop, depending on your country) your specs and they will set you up.
