CanadianDad 0 Posted June 22, 2017 I downloaded firmware from www.weclonline.com/eng/res_firmware.asp last night and now no video out put from the monitor out and it's not recording. This 16 channel DVR used to work fine for several years then yesterday after a power failure all the recordings were lost and date got rolled back to year 2000. I assumed a firmware glitch and downloaded AVC787_1066.zip, It had BOOT.BIN, HTML.BIN and KERNEL16.BIN files. And now only I realized the last modified year of these files are 2006. Currently it show the installed version as 1066-10-K8-04-AA-12. However, I remember my firmware version began with letters "2010". I can still access the recorder with Video Server E. I can still get to the "upgrade firmware" dialog box with Video Server E. My model sticker on back says AVC787 ZD (US)-B If anyone know where to get firmware version which begins with 2010, please help me out. Thanks a bunch for all the help.
