iVMS-4200 PC App keeps freezing during remote playback

Hello,

 

Recently had cameras installed to the front of our property as we've had somebody breaching our gate and wall.

 

The CCTV man set up the iVMS app on our phones and gave us the log in details. Since then I've also downloaded the computer app as I find it easier to view remote playback on a big screen.

 

Last night we noticed somebody hanging around outside late at night, when he realised he'd caught our attention he disappeared.

 

When I rolled back on the CCTV for that evening and changed between the cameras for a different angle I saw that he'd actually been there for a couple of hours staring into the front of our property whilst crouched down behind a pillar.

 

The iVMS-4200 PC App keeps freezing whilst reviewing the footage using the remote playback feature - Is there something I can tweak in the app to stop this happening? Also, do I have to download each individual tag, or is there a way to group these and do one full download? I would like to be able to have the footage of him over the two hour period in one video.
