shlomishm 0 Posted July 8, 2017 Hi, I bought Dahua NVR416-8P-4k from Aliexpress. The device arrived after a week completely sealed, no opening signs. At the beginning everything was good until it started... The device reboots all the time. Sometimes every 2 minutes and sometimes every 30-60 minutes. The reboots seem to be randomly to happen. The common to all these reboot is the same reason - flag 0x6 and I have no idea what is the meaning of it. I tried to debug and I did the following experiments: 1. Disconnect the IP cameras 2. Disconnect Network cable 3. Disconnect HDMI cable 4. Remove POE card 5. Remove HDDs Eventually the NVR remained with motherboard only and still reboots didn't stop. I've already upgraded to latest FW and did configuration reset and factory reset. None of the experiments above solved the problem. I got no response from Dahua support and the seller ignores my existence. I'm despaired and frustrated. **Please help** . Thanks, Shlomi Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

With your unit booting every few minutes means you must of done a firmware update before your problems started......otherwise your unit would not run without booting before you could change the firmware. I asked the seller to send me a FW that match to my country, I hope I'll get it soon. But... I don't understand... Why the region should bother me anyway?
