way to view all camera on differrent site

need advice guys,

 

i have many place that have cctv and dvr/nvr, many brand(but we plan to change to only 1 brand).

my question is :

 

1. every place should have local dvr/nvr to record. but i need to view all of them from main office using gadget or PC using browser not using software that need to install first.

 

what software can do it??

and what brand i must use?
