IP NPR camera recommendations for residential use.

I am looking for recommendations for an IP NPR camera to add to an existing residential system. Camera will need to have good night time vision of 10-12 meters, as the village here has no street lighting. Camera will be mounted up out of reach, so can be either a bullet or dome.

 

The camera does not need to automatically recognise number plates as such - just be good enough to allow them to be viewed either live or via the recording.
