adjusting cctv monitor

hello everyone, i'm a new boy on the block and hopefully I can get some sensible answers from the members.

I have a Swan cctv system for 8 cameras and i'm using an Hyama monitor with a series of control buttons on the front.

the picture doesn't fully fit the screen therefore I can't confirm any adjustments I make, cos the wording is just off the screen,can anyone tell me how to set them or tell me where I can get a manual for a Hyama monitor.

Check if there is an option for underscan in Display settings.
