Viperzs 0 Posted August 17, 2017 Hi all, I have a very quick question. I have just bought a house that has a CCTV system installed. Other than the recorder which can't take the number of cameras around the house I need to identify the cameras as one is faulty. Is anyone able to identify this camera please? Jimb0 0 Posted August 19, 2017 Looks like a standard analog 12VDC camera. Can you post a picture of any labels or brand names on the camera? Also a picture of the DVR might help ID the camera as well.

The DVR is Odyssey branded but there were no model numbers on it.

Orange Security 0 Posted August 25, 2017 It is likely to be a standard definition camera D1/960H. I would recommend buying a HD-TVI Hybrid camera that also has a SD/CVBS output so that if you decide to upgrade your system in the future to high definition, you don't have to replace that camera again.
