Bianchi86 0 Posted August 17, 2017 Hello to all. Im new here and i need help. I boughta a Dahua VTO200A-C IP Module and a Dahua VTO2000A-F fingerprint module. My thought was to set it up as external Intercom and to use two Ipad Minis`s as internal devices with iDMSS or gDMSS app. So far i got the Fingerprint set up right that it opens my house door, i have installed the Apps on my iPads and i can see the Video Image, open the Door from the app and talk to the Person outside. The only thing i can`t get working is that when i push the ring button on outdoor module i get no push notification on my ipads and the VTO2000A-C says connection failed. Can someone please help me. I have also been in touch with the Dahua support. They gave me the email of Dahua Italy because im from Italy and until now i didn´t really come farther with the Italian Support because it´s Big bank holidays time here in Italy and Answers go very slow.
