H.264 Network DVR - Stuck on BNC mode..

Hello all, I'm new to this forum.

I have an Annke cctv DVR that has never gave me any problems.

I picked up a silver "H.264 Network DVR" for a deal but the person I bought it from didn't tell me it was stuck in BNC output.

Its a cheap dvr with no front controls, is there anyway to reset my video output being all I can see is a camera frame via VGA?

I've searched around for a few hours and can't find anything related to this situation.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
