asad 0 Posted September 16, 2017 hello there Iam new here I would appreciate it very much if you kindly help me with this problem when i turn on my device its stuck on the start up screen. this might be a firmware issue I will be grateful if you could provide me with the right firmware name and with the instructions DEVICE MODEL IS SG-100 WHEN I opened DVR there is ak 8287_AHD&16CH-V1.0.2 written in the main board i found the manufacturer website https://www.anko-tech.com but i cant find the right firmware some pictures for my device and the stuck screen : Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
