chony 0 Posted September 19, 2017 I have a video of an aide abusing my 101 year old grandfather (he spun his wheelchair around for two minutes). I downloaded the video the send to the agency and police but although it downloads as an mp4, I cannot open it in Quicktime or anywhere else. Any solutions? Do I need a particular codec?
