51cent 8 Posted September 23, 2017 If the cameras have ir lighting, it probably is reflecting back from the glass. Turn ir lighting off and add outside ir lighting if possible.

Hi, Thanks for the tip, is it possible to do from the DVR or camera? its a Chinese product and I am not sure if it has much options to play around. 51cent 8 Posted September 24, 2017 If it can be done, it is done from the camera (most of the time).
Orange Security 0 Posted September 25, 2017 If you can not install anything outside, maybe your best bet is to disable the IR on the camera and just live with night time images without IR? Maybe there is some light from street lamps or similar? If you can not disable the IR LEDs, then maybe use some electrical tape to cover. It's not an ideal solution having to look through a window.
