megannibbles 0 Posted September 24, 2017 Hi, this problem is driving me mad. I have a new router from my Internet provider as my old one did not have great range. I connect to the Samsung SDR-B3300 via Wi-Fi no problem. But when I try to connect with DDNS every time it comes up with "port in use, please try another port". I have gone into my router settings to port forward and tried changing the ports from 80 to 85 but no joy. I have tried factory reset with the dvr and starting again but no joy. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get my cctv to connect to Ipolis again. thanks

Sentience Security S 0 Posted October 10, 2017 Try to DMZ the LAN for the DVR to verify it is a port issue. If you DMZ and it still doesn’t work you have other issues.
