Q-see DVR compatibility problems

hi GUYS i have a new QC 9116 AHD dvr but it is not displaying my 1080p AHD 2mp cameras but the box says resolution HD 1080P please help

Now its working when I drop the fps to 15 but it freezes when I shake the camera in live view what can i do ?
