liam299 0 Posted October 12, 2017 Hi all...I have a problem with a Hikvision DS 7208 HQHI-F1 dvr and I have 7 analogue cameras connected and 2 ip cameras. My problem is with motion detect on the ip cameras. I have set the dvr to "enable motion detect" on them. There are no areas of the view that are masked from motion but they will not record. ssmith10pn 0 Posted October 12, 2017 Change the record stream to event. Hikvision and all of their OEMs are the most frustrating in the industry to get motion detection to work. You have to set the recording schedule in one screen, recording stream in another screen, and motion detection settings in a third screen. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
