Faizan1 0 Posted October 16, 2017 So I have recently Purchased Avertx Product it comes with cameras, its own NVR with poe builtin router. I am not able to access the cameras directly through web browser as the NVR assigns its own local IP iddress/subnet which is different than my router. Do you guys have any solution to above problem of mine? Ultimately I would like to use ispy program with my cameras but dont want to lose the recording feature of avertx NVR. Network setup Modem-> Asus Router->Switch -> AvertX NVR
GadgetAssistant 0 Posted October 16, 2017 Hello. In order to view the cameras through the NVR's web page, you will need to know the LAN or WAN address. The LAN address will be assigned to the NVR by the switch or Asus router, if you cannot see it on the NVR Network menu. The WAN address is assigned to your modem by your internet service provider. The camera LAN addresses as denoted by the NVR switch menu are all internal to that system and so are not remotely accessible as such.
