Upgrading from Swann to Hikvision

Hello.

 

I'm looking into buying a Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2/16P so I can upgrade to 16 channels from my current Swann NVR.

 

Currently I have 3 Reolink RCL-410 and 4 Swann NHD-818 cameras connected which I want to keep when upgrading and buying additional Hikvision cameras.

 

I would like to know if they are compatible to that NVR as the dealers I have talked to so far are not able to answer that question.

 

I'm obviously reluctant to buying a NVR which does not support my current hardware.
