snowyy 0 Posted November 10, 2017 Hi I've just changed broadband providers and now that I have a new router my cctv phone apps no longer work. I now have a talk talk super router, on my DVR I've got the http port set at 7001, the media port is 34567 and there is no mobile port that I can see. On the router I have opened up ports 7001 and 34567 in both protocols and have checked them on port checking website and they are open. I have a wifi mobile app and I can view my cameras when on the wifi so the router is transmitting the feed locally ok. If I go onto onto 3g on my phone and type in the public address followed by :7001 which is my http port of the Dvr I am taken to the DVR login screen so it seems the router is sending the feed out to the web but still nothing on my phone app. Phone app I am using is Vmeyesuper and that only asks for the public address and the TCP port as well as user ID and password when setting up, and I have another app which I have used previously which is Asee+ and that asks for the same except just port instead of TCP port. They worked on my old EE router but not this one. Can anyone suggest anything? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
