Firmware required Adata Apollo 32

Hi i purchased a qvis apollo dvr secon hand the previous owner has reset it to factory but now you cant save any settings the only thing that saves is the time and date. It was working fine before the reset. It works fine but i just cant save any settings using the admin account, cant create other users ir even save the date format to dd/mm/yy He suggested downloading a new firmware but i cant find one dvr is a
