Cully 0 Posted November 17, 2017 Hi, I am new to the forum (having just installed CCTV around my house) I have a Swann 7400 NVR and four 4mp bullet cameras (818) On initial installation I had the e-mail alert working but but have lost it and cannot find the reason I have password enabled but when I request a test in email settings I get a fail. Cully 0 Posted November 19, 2017 Thanks for the reply, I don't think that is the issue as I originally disabled the e-mails (I hadn't masked tree / shrub movement and was getting too many e-mails) and since enabling this feature am getting test fail.
