Bricked dahua hcvr8216a-s3 any help welcome

Hi,

I've got bricked hcvr8216a-s3, it does't boot. On RS232 terminal it stuck on "find pcirom device, vendorid =10ec, deviceid=8168." I think that bios is damaged. What do you think? Thanks for any ideas.
