Can't convert Mp4 files with Format Converter V4.0.1

Hello,

I am posting for the first time and I'm not sure this is the right section.

By the way, I have an issue with Format Converter: when I start converting my mp4 files, the percentage is stuck at 99% and nothing more happens.

The DVR model is shown in the image I've attached below.

 

 

 

Could you please help me?
