51cent 8 Posted November 23, 2017 I too have the AT&T with the Pace router. The problem is the Pace router prevents loopback connections. One way to bypass that is witha VPN. If you don't have a VPN, use Opera browser. http://www.opera.com/computer/features/free-vpn
skumar 0 Posted November 24, 2017 Thanks for your reply. Please note that when I am connected to my wifi there are no issues in viewing live camera from any browser as well as iPhone APP NVMS7000. But when I am accessing my camera from internet then I am getting connection timeout. I downloaded Opera browser for iPhone and accessed http://:8000 and got the same error. 51cent 8 Posted November 24, 2017 Ok, try checking to see if the ports are open with an open port check tool like canyouseeme dot org from a computer.

skumar 0 Posted November 25, 2017 Also email alert also stopped working after moving to AT&T. Not sure what change I need to given this is email is generated from NVS from within the network and sent to my email. This was perfectly working fine before moving to AT&T. Any ideas?
