irac511 0 Posted December 20, 2017 ok I'm new here and had just bought a ge security legand ptz camera it is used I downloaded the user manual I believe everything is setup right I have video and the camera does its setting up task when powered on so I know the motors work I'm wondering if my power for the rs 485 from my dvr is not right I'm using cat5 wire but using 1 color of the twisted wire should I be using 2 colors of wire since there twisted I'm not sure I'm not very good at setting up this thank you for your response Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
