reelink.net has been down for weeks? help/advice

hi, new here hope all had a good xmas.

 

I have a cctv unit from cscctv was fitted in 2013. since we have had the system we have had nothing but trouble with it connecting to our phones, reelink has always been up and down but normally its only down for a few days. its now been 4 weeks since its been down.

 

is there anything I can do? or do I need to buy a new cctv unit?
