rmd_matt 0 Posted January 5, 2018 Hi, I have a customer who is running two 9600 NVRs and using a custom built PC as the viewer server. After replaicing the HDD and reinstalling Win7 & all drivers we are getting an intermittent glitch; Every so often (between 20mins and 5hrs) all 31 camera feeds will go white & the software crashes if you try and view any of them full screen. The fix is to just re-load the custom scene for these cameras and they all come back instantly. During the time they are white on the PC, they are still running fine & recording on the NVRs. Viewer server is using an i7-2600 with 12gigs of ram and win7 64 bit, as stated above. Hik-vis tech support is wholly unhelpful on the issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
