lorex LHV2000 series. problem with display.

I have had this system for three years with six cameras and have been pleased enough. I live in Canada for six months and south America for the winter. i have had no problems until recently and am wondering if there is a fix or should i just turf the DVR, keep the cameras and buy another DVR that's compatible with the cameras.

There is no reset button on this DVR. cables are all good including

having changed the HDMI, nor is it a resolution issue or monitor

problem. seems like the DVR just froze on me.

Any comments please, or suggestions, including prospective dvrs to buy. Have to keep the cameras in the positions I have them.

Hello. Have you tried booting up the DVR with a new power adapter or with the hard drive disconnected?
