marine security camera with 3g/4g/lte capabilities

I was hoping I could get some advice on a high quality marine security camera that can withstand ocean elements, and I can monitor from my mobile device. Preferably it would send motion detection notifications to my phone and have night vision capabilities. Would anyone know where to look? I have sent out a couple of inquiries to companies I have searched online and have to hear back, but I figured I would get a consumers perspective as well. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

But he also asked some certification for marine, seems like general CE, FCC, or NEMA 4X is not ok for his project. For your personal project, you may can consider it. it is Anti-corrosion ip cameras.
