skonos 0 Posted January 21, 2018 All new Hikvision DVR have a VCA setting in their "Camera" Menu now...so far I have installed around 20 Hikvision DVR/NVRs in last 6 months..with different Hikvision camera models..and although I have not required it yet..Out of curiosity I always click on the VCA option and it always gives me error "No attached camera supports this function".. Hikvision website is a nightmare when it comes to searching anything...and their support is also clueless...when called they tell me to check the website.. So I wonder does anybody know which Hikvision camera models support the VCA functions? HD-CVI or IP? I have searched online..there are numerous videos and tutorials on how to setup and configure VCA options but none of them mention which camera model was used.
