Geo Dual Screen

Recommended Posts

hello All

I have a customer trying to use Dual Screens on his geo machine

He wants to clone the main screen in the past this has been no problem.

simply disable Direct draw and away you go

He is using the GV-1120 with Ver 8 and unfortunately the direct draw overlayoption is greyed out

Does anyone set this up regulary that might be able to help.

thanks

You dont have to disable anything, just use the Video Card clone option ..

He can also try DMPos.exe located in the Geo Main folder.

go into display properties, settings, advanced, monitor... and change the horizontal refresh to 60 Hz.

i think your problem is with the video card, it may not be able to display video on 2 monitors at the same time.

Try playing back any video file and see if it shows up on both monitors. I have an older ATI card withy dual displays and this is the behavior i notice. You shold find out if the video card can do this

what I do is to use on of the other display modes that shows more than 1 camera. the larger image is video and shows up pink, while the smaller screens display video at a lower frame rate.

Same problem here. Geforce TI4200, latest Nvidia Drivers, latest DirectX drivers and I still get the pink video on the clone (secondary display). The large video screen is pink while the smaller ones are displayed?
