SheikYerbouti 0 Posted February 5, 2018 I want to connect a Windows 7 laptop to the camera using an ethernet cable. It worked once before with another PC, but all I get now is this: IVMS detects the camera, but I can't access the configuration for some reason. I tried two different PCs and performed a hard reset of the camera (unplug, hold reset button, plug in while still holding the reset button, release the button after 30 seconds). jeromephone 6 Posted February 12, 2018 are you putting in the password when you change the IP address ? If it connects you should be able to put in the proper IP for your network. If I remember you just enter a password no user name to change IP default should work if you have done a reset. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
