millie1408 0 Posted February 20, 2018 I have 16ch DVR and whilst I am in the house can get onto the camera's without a problem, the problem starts when I go out ... I have the Eagle Eyes app on my phone but I can't get through to the cameras. I know its probably some very easy but I have checked everything and its not happening ... Have checked everything I can think of checking but when I turn my wifi off .. it says the IP address is not accessible ??? I am thinking its a firewall issue but I have also checked that ...
