Internet poor/Disconnect when DVR is connected

Hello

 

Internet connection became very poor and erratic once the DVR is connect to the Network. There are 18 cameras in all and the DVR is access remotely.

 

Please consider this:

 

No single user connect remotely

Remote access is done by port Forwarding.

Internet behave erratically poor just when the network cable is plug to DVR.
