Hi all I’m new here help me if you can

I have a cnm secure DVR and use meye2 on my phone

If I am on WiFi on the home network it’s fine but

If I am away from home on 4g it can’t connect

It used to but when I changed to the new super hub2 from virgin it seems to have stopped working
