Dickba 0 Posted February 25, 2018 New to this game so not sure if my new camera has a fault or if I Am the fault. The camera is a Kmoon PTZ Outdoor Camera 1080P AHD Bullet PTZ CCTV Camera 2.8~12mm Auto-Focus Manual Varifocal Zoom Lens 2.0MP 1/3” for Sony CMOS IR-CUT Weatherproof 4pcs Array IR LEDS Night Vision Pan Tilt Rotation The fault is that it works ok in the day but as soon as it switches to IR it does its startup procedure continuously as though its power supppy had been swithched off and on. Its working from a KARE DVR the fault is the same with the rs485 in use or not. Should I return it as faulty I cannot get any Customer service from KKmoon. Dickba 0 Posted February 26, 2018 Hi tomcctv, my power supply is 12v 4amp during this testing the camera was about 18inches from the adapter. I tried turning the lights on and the camera imediately works ok. Cover up the light sensor and it goes into its continuous startup cycle Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
